FIOS is finally here!

Ivy H. Smith is the subcontractor performing the work for Verizon.  It is their policy to restore the lot once they have completed laying the line; however, it is NEVER done to the homeowner's expectation.  Once they have completed the entire project in the community, they come back and do touch up work.  They will also only put down seed, not sod.  Homeowners must water and care for it until it takes hold.

If any homeowner has a problem with the work that Ivy Smith does they are to call

Dorothy - Customer Service - (703) 796-1740

  • If you received an ARB Violation notice in the mail, you must either remedy the violation ASAP or request a meeting with the ARB to discuss the violation. Dead trees should removed at once, but can be replaced when the weather is more suitable.
  • Please take extra care of your trees and bushes during our dry summer season. 1 or 2 good soakings per week will keep them healthy. If you can also take care of any community trees that are adjacent to your property, that would be greatly appreciated by all.
