 | The Cameron Chase Homeowners Association was created in 1998. Each of the 97 homes in the Community has 1 vote to be used in elections or other issues that require Homeowner voting. The HOA has a Board of Directors that is comprised of 5 homeowners. The seats are recognized as President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and an At Large Member. |  | LINKS

| The HOA Board Members are currently working on a revised set of Design Review Guidelines and Community Covenants. As soon as these are approved they will be posted below for review. The HOA Board would like to encourage all Homeowners to try and attend the HOA meetings. The Board intends to have meetings bi-monthly at the Ashburn Library. However, it can be difficult to schedule these meetings sometimes due to the lack of availability of the meeting rooms. If you are unable to attend a meeting, please review the meeting notes which are generally posted 2 weeks after the meeting.
