Homeowner's Association
The Cameron Chase Homeowners Association was created in 1998. Each of the 97 homes in the Community has 1 vote to be used in elections or other issues that require Homeowner voting.
The HOA has a Board of Directors that is comprised of 5 homeowners. The seats are recognized as President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and an At Large Member.
The HOA Board would like to encourage all Homeowners to try and attend the HOA meetings. The Board intends to have meetings bi-monthly at the Ashburn Library. However, it can be difficult to schedule these meetings sometimes due to the lack of availability of the meeting rooms. If the location needs to be changed, the new location will be posted on this site.
If you are unable to attend a meeting, please review the meeting notes which are generally posted 2 weeks after the meeting. Also, feel free to send email or call Emily, of Millenium Management Inc.
Meetings - meetings are held usually bi-monthly from 7-9pm at the Ashburn Library or at another local meeting area. The exact date and time will be announced prior to any meetings taking place.

Architectural Review Board (ARB) - the purpose of the ARB is to monitor and ensure that the community standards in regards to design and appearance are maintained and consistent with the approved guidelines. If you received an ARB Violation notice in the mail, you must either remedy the violation or meet with the ARB to discuss the violation and/or get an extension.

Please set out bins after 6pm the night before pick up. Following pick up, please return the bins to your garage as soon as it is convenient.
